PRIVACY POLICY

Eurosport Ltd shall process all personal data collected in connection with the MPG Rewards in accordance with the Data Protection Act (Chapter 586 of the Laws of Malta) and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Collection of Data

The table below explains the purpose of the information requested upon signing up to MPG Rewards:

First Name	Basic identification of Member
Last Name	Basic identification of Member
Gender	Basic identification of Member
ID	Basic identification of Member. Also required to identify consumers at the POS for security purposes at point of redemption.
Date of Birth	To prove that the individual is at least 16 years old.
E-mail	To communicate updates or issues regarding the scheme. This may be used for advertising purposes but only if the Member opts in. By default, no advertising messages will be sent.
Mobile Phone Number	To communicate issues regarding the scheme. This will not be used for advertising purposes.
Home Address	User can add this should they choose to do so.
Proof of Membership/Student Card	Used to verify that a user is eligible for special discount levels; will be deleted once checked.
Profile Photo	User can add this should they choose to do so; image is visible in customer profile and will not be shared with third parties.

If a Member notifies us that they do not wish to receive marketing information from us or be contacted by us for promotional purposes in connection with MPG Rewards, we will comply with such request.

What information will we use?

We will collect and use information about the Member activity within MPG Rewards. This information includes registration details, information about the use of the Member's MPG Rewards account and any transactions made at Participating Outlets.

How will your information be used?

We may use your information to:

• operate MPG Rewards, for example to enable you to collect and redeem Points, provide other programme-related services and ensure that the applicable terms and conditions are observed;
• analyse how you use MPG Rewards and our marketing channels such as our website and our App;
• assess the effectiveness of our marketing activities;
• understand your behaviour based on the information available to us and to send or show you information, offers, surveys and online advertisements for the products or services which we believe are most likely to interest you. This is only applicable if you have opted in to receive brand offers and updates.

Who will we share your information with?

We may share your information with the Participating Outlets of MPG Rewards and their group companies. The companies of the Participating Outlets include EUROSPORT, ADIDAS, SKECHERS, DISRUPT, BATA & EUROPHARMA stores.

We may also share your information with:

• analytics providers and advertising and media companies to enable them to show you adverts or offers which may interest you
• our professional advisors;
• any law enforcement agency, court, regulator, government authority or other third party where we believe this is necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, or otherwise to protect our rights or the rights of any third party.

How long will we keep your Personal Data?

We will retain your personal data to defend ourselves against civil claims which may be brought against us, for a period of 5 years which shall commence to run from the date of termination of the membership.

We may retain your personal data for more than 5 years if required by applicable law.

What are your rights at law?

You have the right to request access to your personal data as well as to rectify and, where applicable, erase any inaccurate, incomplete or immaterial personal data; to request a restriction of processing, to object to any processing and to request data portability for the data held by MPG Rewards.

If you consider that the processing of your personal data is carried out in an unlawful manner, you may lodge a complaint with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner using the following email address: idpc.info@idpc.org.mt

As a data subject, you have a right to request the erasure of your personal data (the right to be forgotten) subject to our right to retain personal data for the period established in the previous section.
